It’s back-to-school time! Let’s get ready to provide our kiddos (and ourselves) with some healthy snacks. Last week, I introduced you to a few after-school snack ideas. I’m here to tell you about my all-time favorite snack choices this week. Here’s my 2019 Back-to-School Best Snack Round up!

A lot of salad dressings and veggie dips at the supermarket are loaded with calories, fat, and even sugar! I suggest making a Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip and serve with sliced veggies or baby carrots.
