Black Bean Brownie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 each Eggs
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • Pinch Salt, Kosher
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract\
  • ¾ cup Sugar, granulated
  • 1 tsp. Instant coffee
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips, dark

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  3. Lightly spray a small baking tin and pour batter.

  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

  5. Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes.
