Honey Dill Toasted Chickpeas

SERVING SIZE: 4 ounces


  • 1 8oz can Garbanzo beans, rinsed
  • 2 ½ tsp. Honey
  • 1 ½ tsp. Dill weed, dried
  • ½ tsp. Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Rinse garbanzo beans and pat dry, the more moisture that is removed now will create for a better toasted bean.
  3. Mix all ingredients into a bowl and toss until the garbanzos are evenly dressed.
  4. Place on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper or a silpat.
  5. Roast in the oven for 35 minutes
