Mango Salsa

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 each Fresh tomatoes, medium dice
  • 3 each Fresh mangos, medium dice
  • 1 each Jalapeno, deseeded and small dice
  • 1 each Onion, small dice
  • ½ Tbsp. each Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt, Kosher

HOMEMADE CHIPS

  • 8 each Packaged whole wheat tortillas, cut into eights
  • 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pinch Salt, kosher

DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare all of the ingredient s and mix in a bowl.

  2. This can be prepared the night before to allow the flavors to mix well.

HOMEMADE CHIPS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Cut tortillas and place on a sheet tray

  3. Drizzle olive oil and salt over them

  4. Toast in oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
