Makes 4 Servings
- 3 avocados
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- Unsweetened dried coconut for garnish
Blend the first five ingredients until smooth. Pour into 4 ramekins or small bowls. Chill for at least two hours. Garnish with dried coconut.
