INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 each Eggs
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- Pinch Salt, Kosher
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract\
- ¾ cup Sugar, granulated
- 1 tsp. Instant coffee
- ½ cup Chocolate chips, dark
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Lightly spray a small baking tin and pour batter.

Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes.
