Dr. Stacia Van Slyke’s Super Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Frozen fruit
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dates with pits removed
  • 2 tablespoons of organic Flax meal
  • 4 tablespoons of organic Hemp powder
  • ½ cup of walnuts
  • 2 teaspoon of organic Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon of organic Amla powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Chia seed powder
  • Capful of apple cider vinegar with “the mother”
  • ½ teaspoon ​Japanese ​ Matcha (Chinese Matcha likely contains lead.)
  • 1 handful of spinach or kale
  • Add enough water until level reaches halfway up the blender.

Instructions:

1) Fill the blender halfway up with your choice of frozen fruit. Mango, blueberries and dark cherries make a great combination.

2) Then add the remaining ingredients.

3) Add enough water until the level reaches halfway up the blender.

4) Blend well. You may need to stop the blender and stir up the ingredients so that everything is well blended.  The smoothie will have a milkshake consistency.
