- 1 each English muffin, cut in half and toasted
- 1 ½ tbsp. Ricotta cheese, part skim
- 3 strips Roasted red bell peppers
- 2 slices Avocado
- 2-3 Leaves Fresh basil
- 1/4 tsp. Crushed black pepper
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil
- Toast english muffin.
- Spread ricotta on english muffin.
- Add roasted peppers, avocado, basil, black pepper, and olive oil on top of the ricotta.
