INGREDIENTS

- 3 each Fresh mangos, medium dice
- 1 each Jalapeno, deseeded and small dice
- 1 each Onion, small dice
- ½ Tbsp. each Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt, Kosher
HOMEMADE CHIPS
- 8 each Packaged whole wheat tortillas, cut into eights
- 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch Salt, kosher
DIRECTIONS

Prepare all of the ingredient s and mix in a bowl.

This can be prepared the night before to allow the flavors to mix well.
HOMEMADE CHIPS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cut tortillas and place on a sheet tray

Drizzle olive oil and salt over them

Toast in oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
