INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups All purpose Flour
- 1 ½ cups Non fat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 each Eggs, whole
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 3 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
- 11- 12 each Pineapple, thin slices
- 1 each Tangerine, zest
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
- Mix together sugar and butter until it becomes a wet sand like texture.
- One at a time add your eggs.
- In a separate bowl mix together your baking powder and flour. Then gradually add it into the sugar mixture.
- Add your tangerine zest.
- Line a 6x4x 3 inch deep loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour all of the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
