INGREDIENTS
- 6 Cups raw pumpkin seeds, rinsed and cleaned
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- ½ Tbsp. cinnamon, ground
- 1 Tbsp. smoke paprika
- ½ Tsp. salt (Kosher)
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and lay them out on a sheet tray.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then rotate the tray and turn down the oven to 350 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes.
