Summer is all about salads and sometimes time is limited—this salad is perfect for those occasions. It takes 5 minutes to throw together and it also satisfies a sweet tooth!
Serves 4
Ingredients:
6 stalks of celery, chopped
1 Red Delicious apple chopped
1 Gala or Fuji apple chopped
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup raisins
2-3 Tablespoons Low-Fat or Yogurt-Based Poppy Seed Dressing
Mix all the above ingredients!
