- 4 cups leaf lettuce of your choice
- 2 sliced radishes
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup purple cauliflower
- 1 peach
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries

- Optional: grilled chicken & lemon
Top with your favorite dressing
- Rinse and slice all fruit and vegetables.
