Her approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, while also being flexible to encourage her clients to discover what works best within their lifestyle.Â
She is a dedicated dietitian with over five years of experience of working one-on-one with clients, specializing in preventative care, weight loss, type 2 diabetes, general nutrition, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and sports nutrition. In your sessions with Abigail, she will be motivating, supportive, empathetic, non-judgemental, and will meet you where you are.Â
With her love for cooking, baking, and hiking, she has learned through her own experiences the importance of nutrition and daily movement to achieve health goals, focusing on a functional, food is medicine approach. Abigail is passionate about teaching others how to live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle to optimize their quality of life. She believes food has the power to positively impact health and is dedicated to teaching her clients that eating healthy is realistic within any lifestyle.
