Jordan has an anti-diet approach to health & nutrition that is inclusive and sustainable. Understanding the demands of trying to lead a healthy lifestyle while working in corporate America, her mission is to provide her busy clients with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to take their health into their own hands and gain control of their health despite the demands of their lives. 

Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Jordan  is currently located in Westchester NY.  Jordan is accepting new clients via telehealth!
